Kombukarious and Kanatsu Sasaki are presenting a Fermentation Workshop on Miso on 4 October 2023, 9 am to 15 pm.
Learn all about the Japanese culture called Koji, and how it is used to make miso.
Make your own miso, and learn how to incorporate this wonderful, flavorful element into your meals.
As a wonderful add-on, we will be visiting Tabu Foods in Paarden Island, Cape Town, to take a closer look at their fermented range and processes. This does mean a bit of travel, so we will keep the numbers low in order to fit into 2 cars. Book soon to avoid disappointment.
