Fermentation Workshop

Step into the deliciously fizzy world of fermentation! In this interactive workshop, we’ll start with the art of kombucha brewing. You’ll choose from an array of fragrant teas, fresh herbs, and vibrant fruits to create your very own custom batch. Starter tea and a healthy SCOBY will be provided, so you can continue brewing at home. Work solo or team up with friends—either way, you’ll leave with your own creation.

While your tea steeps, we’ll roll up our sleeves for a kraut-making session. Crisp seasonal vegetables, spices, and all the know-how you need will be at your fingertips. By the end, you’ll have not one but two living, probiotic-rich foods ready to ferment in your kitchen—plus the skills and confidence to keep experimenting long after the workshop.
